Return Policy

We can only guarantee refunds for products purchased through peruviangourmet.com, minus the initial shipping cost(s). Each refund/return is individually considered by our customer service team. Depending on the case, we may be able to provide a replacement product.

To be eligible for a return the product must be unused and in the same condition as when it arrived. Please contact us at hola@peruviangourmet.com for instructions on where to send the return item.

PERUVIAN GOURMET is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. However, should your package arrive with damaged product, please contact us immediately and be sure to send photos of the damaged goods so we can file a complaint with the delivery service and issue you an immediate replacement.

Amazon Purchase Return/Replacement

If you purchased a product directly from Amazon please contact their Customer Service through your account Order History.

Please note that PERUVIAN GOURMET is not responsible for any loss or damage of Amazon goods or services. Therefore we are unable to provide you with a refund or replacement.

Retail Partners - In Store Purchase/Returns

If you purchased a PERUVIAN GOURMET product at one of our retail partner’s stores and you are not fully satisfied, please return the product directly to the store where it was purchased from. If you had a less than satisfactory experience with a PERUVIAN GOURMET product or believe there was a quality issue, please contact our customer service at hola@peruviangourmet.com.

Be sure to include the retailer information, product name and purchase date in the email.
