Peruvian Street Corn
Much like the Mexican Street Corn version, but with a Peruvian twist. This recipe is simple and muy bueno!
PREP TIME 5 minutes
COOK TIME 15 minutes
INGREDIENTS
- Corn on the cob, shucked (as many as you choose)
- Olive oil
- Cotija cheese
- Peruvian Gourmet Green Sauce
Brush your shucked corn cob(s) with olive oil and place on a preheated indoor or outdoor grill. Turn the corn often as it cooks and until it begins to char. Once corn is cooked drizzle it over with Peruvian Gourmet Green Sauce. Sprinkle Cotija cheese over top to your liking.
