We want everyone to get to know Peruvian cuisine for what it genuinely is, just as we have. So we carefully crafted each one of our products to represent only the true amazing flavors the cuisine has to offer.

From its highest of cold mountain tops down to its sweltering jungles; through its miles of golden sand dunes and along its seafood rich coastline, Peru is a country as diverse in its landscapes as it is vast. And with a topography so varied it is no wonder this magnificent land brings with it so many remarkable native flavors. Couple these enchanting indigenous ingredients with the culinary influences of cultures from around the world (mostly from Spain, Japan, Italy, China, and Africa) and you will find a cuisine as rich in flavor as the land in which it came from. And with that in mind, it becomes apparent why Peruvian cuisine has been labeled one of the best in all the world.

As delicious as we wanted our sauces to be, we also wanted them to be wholesome. That is why we only use fresh ingredients, including the exotic ones we source straight from Peru.
