Quick and Easy Fish with Olive Sauce

In a jam and looking for a recipe that is quick and easy yet healthy and delicious? Our Peruvian Gourmet Olive Sauce is here to save the day! Take the fish of your choice and just season and sear (or bake) then top it off with a drizzle of our decadent Olive Sauce. Top it off with a garnish if you choose (we chose cherry tomatoes) and add a side of rice, pasta, or potatoes for a gourmet meal in 20 minutes. Peruvian Gourmet that is.

INGREDIENTS

  • Fish of your choosing
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Lime
  • Olive oil
  • Peruvian Gourmet Olive Sauce
  • Garnish if desired
  • Pasta, rice, or potatoes if desired

Season your fish with salt, pepper, and lime juice. Heat your oil in a skillet and place the seasoned fish fillets in the pan until cooked thoroughly, but not dry. Drizzle Peruvian Gourmet Olive Sauce over top to your liking. Pair with with pasta, rice or potatoes for a complete meal and garnish if you like some extra detail and flavor.
